ccforseo.com ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Vytautas Dargis as a sole proprietorship. We sell digital products (Claude Code skill files, templates, and configuration bundles) for SEO professionals.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the site and fulfill orders:

  • Purchase data: name, email address, country, and payment details (processed by LemonSqueezy; we never see or store full card numbers).
  • Newsletter subscription: email address, subscription date, and engagement metrics (opens/clicks), processed by Substack.
  • Analytics: anonymized usage data (pages visited, referrer, country, device type) collected via Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers are stored.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver purchased digital products to your email
  • Send the newsletter you opted into (and nothing else)
  • Improve site content and performance based on aggregate analytics
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland:

  • Contract performance: processing your purchase and delivering digital products.
  • Consent: newsletter subscription. You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Legitimate interest: aggregate analytics to improve the site, fraud prevention.
  • Legal obligation: retaining transaction records for tax compliance.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use the following processors, each with their own privacy policies:

  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing, order fulfillment, tax compliance
  • Substack — newsletter delivery and subscription management
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics

All processors are GDPR-compliant and maintain appropriate data processing agreements.

6. International Data Transfers

Some processors (LemonSqueezy, Vercel, Substack) operate in the United States. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

  • Purchase records: retained for 7 years (tax/legal requirements).
  • Newsletter data: retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
  • Analytics: aggregated data only, no personal records retained.

8. Your Rights

  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Port your data to another service
  • Restrict or object to certain processing

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt-out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
