If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@ccforseo.com with your order number or the email address used for purchase.
2. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
3. The refund is issued to your original payment method via LemonSqueezy. Bank processing times may add 5-10 business days.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchased online. Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, you acknowledge that delivery begins right away. Our 14-day guarantee applies regardless, so your refund rights are not diminished.

After a Refund

Once refunded, your license to use the paid products is revoked. You should delete the purchased files from your systems. Access to free/open-source skills is unaffected.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair. If our product caused genuine issues, reach out and we will work something out.
