1. Agreement

By accessing ccforseo.com or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

2. What We Sell

ccforseo.com sells digital products: Claude Code skill files (.md), CLAUDE.md configuration templates, data fetcher scripts, and report templates. These are downloadable files delivered via email after purchase.

Free content (blog posts, tutorials, open-source skills) is available without purchase.

3. Trademarks and Third-Party Products

ccforseo.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC.

"Claude," "Claude Code," and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. All other trademarks (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

We make skill files and configuration templates that work with Claude Code. We do not distribute, modify, or resell Claude Code itself. Using our products requires a separate Claude Code subscription from Anthropic, which we have no control over.

Anthropic may change Claude Code's features, APIs, or availability at any time. We are not responsible for changes to third-party products that affect how our skills function.

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your own SEO work or your clients' projects.

You may:

  • Use skills across multiple projects and client accounts you manage
  • Modify the files for your workflow

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the files with others
  • Include the files in a product or service sold to third parties
  • Claim authorship of the original files

5. Payments and Pricing

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and collected at checkout based on your location, handled by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

7. No Guarantees of Results

Our products are tools that assist with SEO workflows. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or SEO outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your content quality, domain authority, competition, and search engine algorithm changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ccforseo.com and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will work with future versions of Claude Code or any third-party tool.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on ccforseo.com (blog posts, tutorials, design, code) is owned by ccforseo.com unless otherwise attributed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the site infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation
  • Scrape, crawl, or index the site beyond normal browser use without permission

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania. If you are an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting existing customers, we will provide 30 days' notice via email.
